FOH Service Team Member

Salary and Compensation :
Burger Monger service team members earn an average base pay rate of $8.56 to $10 per hour. Additionally, service team members are eligible for tip-sharing.
Tip share compensation varies from week to week, but can add an additional $1-$3 an hour to the base pay rate. Service team members may use an employee discount on food and meals off the menu.
Burger Monger also incorporates a flexible schedule, with scheduling preference going to team members with open availability and proven dependability.
