Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, performing various custodial duties, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities:

Hours are 5:30 Am- 2:00Pm
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as buffing, floor care, and general cleaning duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly
- Support with commercial cleaning activities to uphold cleanliness standards
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience in custodial or porter roles
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and equipmen
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and moving of supplies
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Most speak English
