Come work in a progressive chiropractic, massage and sport rehab clinic located the heart of Burien. This is a Full-time or Part-time position working Monday-Friday with flexibility in the schedule. Experience in a Medical Office is required. We are looking for a strong individual who can multi-task while delivering optimum customer service to our patients. Wages will depend on experience. Front Desk for Chiropractic and Massage Clinic

Full Time

Duties include:

· Greet and check in patients/visitors

· Complete Registrations

· Manage patient flow

· Answer phones

· Schedule patients for chiropractic and massage

· Collect appropriate fees at time of service

· Post payments to patient accounts

· Prepare necessary paperwork for all visit types

· Explain paperwork to patients clearly

· Monitor treatment plans

· Verify insurance benefits and obtain insurance authorizations

Requirements:

· 2 years of experience - Medical Office Front office required

· Professional demeanor and appearance

· Excellent Communication and organizational skills (detail oriented)

· Able to work in fast paced environment and multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
