Burke Rehabilitation is Hiring a Coordinator, Nursing Staff Near White Plains, NY
Responsibilities
- Coordinates scheduling and staffing to ensure sufficient staff coverage for all shifts in the nursing department.
- Prepares payroll approximately 160 - 200 employees and makes adjustments as necessary.
- Meets with new employees in division to explain payroll, requests for time off and related Nursing department policies and procedures.
- In the absence of secretary, makes arrangements for ambulette and ambulance transfers.
- Performs administrative duties.
- Minimum of two years of college and/or business school.
- Computer knowledge a must.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working as a staffing or payroll coordinator preferred.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Actual offer will depend upon a number of factors including experience, education, certification(s), knowledge and skills.
