• Job Summary

It is very important here at BGC that our servers expect to be part of a team. Servers are expected to be prepared and on time for their shift. It is necessary for one to come in and evaluate the schedule for the evening, (ie. Are there events scheduled? How many reservations are in the books? Which servers are assigned to which tasks/tables? and so on.) Servers at BGC work together to serve the members quickly and accurately. It is important to become familiar with the members as they will expect you to recognize them and know their names.

• Job Tasks (Duties)

• Be fully knowledgeable in the food and beverage menu including daily specials, wine list, beer list- tap/can/bottle, liquor shelf, signature club drinks and any drink specials there may be.
• Bartending experience
• Service and style of the club
• Standard operating procedures
• Safety and sanitation expectations
• Maintain a clean/orderly dining/serving room
• Polish glasses, silverware
• Wrap silverware
• Stock: glasses, B&B plates, coffee cups, soup bowls, etc
• Prep table set-up: tray with silverware, waters, bev. naps, and salt/pepper for any reservations
• Prep courses: pour appropriate salad dressings, ready bread board, etc
• Buss/Pre-buss tables
• Opening/Closing procedure tasks

FOH manager / Dining room manager, Lead Server

VII. Schedule/Pay

a. Part time positions available Tuesday-Saturday 10am-9pm

b. $7.25/hr plus tips

c. Tips earned per table are kept, tips earned through “Banquet”, events or team efforts are split

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
