Duties:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
- Lead and develop team of trainers
- Community Events
- Create B2B relationships
-Lead team in nutrition and Membership sales
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Lead group fitness classes (approx 15-40 members per workout)
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise physiology
- Certification in personal training or a related field (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Experience in teaching or leading group fitness classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus
