Primary Responsibilities:
1. Field Service Training (40%)
Develop, maintain & administer all Field Service training curriculums & programs, inclusive of technical, product application, process workflows & professional skills. Administer all training evaluations, records & reporting. Programs must developed & administered in close coordination with BDC's VP Field Service. Ultimately, the outcome of these efforts will enable BDC techs to work safely, effectively & professionally.
2. Corporate Safety & Compliance (30%)
Foster a "worker safety first" culture. Develop, maintain & administer all safety programs, policies & procedures for BDC. Ensure safety programs & workflow processes comply with OSHA, NFPA, MSHA & any other standards. Administer safety training programs & maintenance of training records & reporting. Conduct & oversee internal audit processes to drive safety compliance. Investigate and manage non-compliance, incidents, and claims.
3. Product / Sales Application Training (20%)
Foster strong product knowledge among Sales, Customer Service, Field Service & any other customer facing roles. Develop, maintain & administer all Product & Sales Application training curriculums & programs. Programs will require close coordinate with VP Sales & other managers as needed.
