Job Overview:

Burnett Enterprise is seeking a proactive and driven Outreach Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our direct sales and marketing efforts, engaging directly with potential customers. As an Outreach Associate, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and effectively represent our clients’ products and services to homeowners and businesses. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing to the success of our clients.

Duties:

• Engage with homeowners and businesses to introduce our clients' products or services, clearly communicating their value propositions
• Collect and accurately record information from leads, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.
• Represent clients professionally and ethically, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
• Build rapport with potential customers, addressing questions or concerns regarding the products or services offered.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide regular updates on lead generation activities and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in direct sales/marketing and/or canvassing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to negotiate and persuade, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and handling rejection.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using mobile devices for data collection and reporting.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $3,300.00 - $5,500.00 per month
