Position Overview: This is a unique opportunity for someone who may not have traditional legal experience, but possesses the skills and qualities we value most. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously, and is committed to delivering work of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in the progression and management of cases.
  • Follow established processes meticulously to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Leverage technology to manage case files, track deadlines, automate routine tasks, and enhance overall productivity within the legal team.
  • Manage multiple tasks and cases concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Take full ownership of assigned duties, from initiation to completion, with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain organization of case files, documents, and other legal materials.
  • Proactively anticipate the next steps on each case, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently without needing explicit attorney direction.
  • Receive and implement direction and constructive feedback with a positive attitude.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the legal team and external parties.
