Role Overview
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to join the leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for creating and implementing HR policies and activities that align with the organization's business objectives and goals. The HR Director will manage the HR staff and oversee all employee-related initiatives, ensuring our workforce is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives and goals. - Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services. - Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the selection and onboarding of top talent to meet the company's needs. - Implement and manage performance management systems to foster employee growth and development. - Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. - Analyze and forecast staffing needs to ensure the right people are in the right roles. - Review labor levels, overtime utilization, and overall HR efficiencies to optimize workforce productivity. - Develop and monitor the HR department's budget, ensuring prudent financial management.
Qualifications - Demonstrated excellent leadership skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - HR experience in organizations with 200 employees. - Proven experience in managing organizational change. - Experience with implementing new systems for tracking and reporting HR metrics.
