Learning Specialist (Temporary)Location: West Houston at I-10/Kirkwood
Pay Rate: $30-40/hr., DOE
Hours: 7:00a-4:30p
Length: Temporary through the end of the year with potential to go perm
Pre-Employment Details: *** Must complete a drug screen and background check prior to starting JOB PURPOSE: This position provides general support to the Learning Operations department in the Houston Operating Center
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Executes the learning plan to deliver upskilling and reskilling
- Delivers end-to-end logistics management for T.EN University events
- Evaluates learning for effectiveness
- Works with internal facilitators and external learning suppliers, monitoring service levels and giving timely feedback
- Reports on achievement of delivery of the learning plan
- Monitors costs against agreed budgets
- Manages learning activity on the learning platform
Internally: HR, Employees, Department Managers, Internal Facilitators
Externally: Learning suppliers REPORTING LINE:
Reports to Learning & Development Operations Manager - Americas ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
- LMS management of Cornerstone
- Proactive approach to problem resolution and assisting others
- Strong commitment to quality, organization, and attention to detail
