• Facilitating and tracking training progress
• Identifying patterns and offering recommendations to department leaders
• Ensuring learners have up to date materials
• Acting as a technical resource, and fostering a supportive environment for all new hires to grow and succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources
• 2 years? experience in a Learning & Development or Human Resources capacity preferred
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills required
