**Job Title:** Dental Assistant

**Overview:**

We are currently looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients. If you are passionate about dentistry and possess strong assisting skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures

- Maintain and sterilize dental instruments

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

- Take and record patients' vital signs

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

- Manage dental office tasks, including appointment scheduling and patient inquiries

- Utilize OpenDental software for patient management

- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

- Provide support in pediatric dentistry when needed

**Skills:**

- Proficient in general dentistry procedures

- Familiarity with OpenDental software is a plus

- Experience in medical documentation and record keeping

- Knowledge of medical terminology and imaging techniques

- Strong assisting capabilities in various dental procedures

- Understanding of infection control standards in a dental setting

- Ability to assist with dental receptionist duties as required

- Comfortable working with pediatric patients
