Our next Branch Manager should be a self starter and motivated leader ready to jump right in and contribute to our success!

Who we are and what we do:

We service a large territory mostly including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our corporate office is located in Fargo, ND. We have the expertise and experience to handle all aspects of commercial boiler installation, from design and fabrication to installation and testing. We’re proud to provide a variety of boiler repair services including: commercial boiler repair, commercial boiler installation, gas piping and retrofitting, process piping, new installation of commercial boilers, tank fabrication and repair, burner controls, high pressure and low pressure steam systems and more!

Branch Manager Job Description:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Service Project Managing
• Scheduling Service Technicians
• Estimating
• Budgeting
• Purchasing & Order Management
• Performance Coaching & Feedback
• Service Documentation Completion
• Customer Service/Relationship Building
• Ongoing Education
• May require on-site work and/or inspection
• Project Adminstrative duties including billing, contracts, completing forms as per project agreements, and on-site evalutions.

Qualified Branch Manager candidates should be very organized and detail oriented. They must have the ability to keep track of multiple on-going service jobs simultaneously. Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are a must. Candidates should have proficient computer skills in Adobe, Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and Outlook(or equivalent programs). Experience with construction management apps & software such as Procore/Contractor Foreman and Auto Cad/Revit/Bluebeam (or similar) are a plus.
