Burrito Concepts, LLC, a franchisee of Qdoba, is seeking a self-motivated individual for our hybrid role working directly with the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Human Resources.
Accounting duties include the processing of account receivables and account payables, bank statement reconciliations, tax reporting, and general ledger maintenance.
HR duties include support of recruitment, onboarding, payroll support functions, and employee data management.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong focus with ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Able to occasionally lift and move 50-60lb file boxes.

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of accounting and/or ADP payroll software.
• Previous experience in a similar accounting role.
• Experience processing payroll factoring in gratuities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required with advanced Excel preferred.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is some flexibility within those times. The ideal candidate will work 30 hours per week.
