Burtch Works is working with a known client in Downtown Chicago for an exciting full-time Data Analyst opening. This role will be a hybrid position with 3 days expected on-site in their downtown office.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Collect, process, and clean data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategies.

Reporting and Visualization:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Dynamics, Power BI) that communicate data insights effectively.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop, maintain, and track reports for ongoing business needs (e.g., license renewals, workflow audits, etc.)

Business Insights:

• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and performance.
• Support the development of predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends.

Data Management:

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all data sources and databases.
• Implement and maintain data management SOPs, protocols, and best practices.
• Work with IT and other departments to integrate and automate data processes.

Project Management:

• Lead and participate in data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions and improvements.
• Track project progress and report on key metrics and outcomes.
