Calling all Marketing Analytics & Insights Professionals! Our client, a dynamic marketing agency, is looking to add a Director of Strategic Analytics to their expanding team. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and consultative communications to key clients on how to improve marketing results, understand consumer behaviors, and other business strategies. This Director of Strategic Analytics will help lead the analytics roadmap for clients’ innovative solutions and objectives as well as guide internal managers and analysts on projects.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• Consultative experience managing long term projects and directing work of junior staff
• Proficiency with delivery of insights to clients
• At least 7 years’ experience with analytics such as predictive analytics, segmentation, and campaign measurement
• Familiarity with Python and/or R is preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience and can range $150-175k base plus bonus. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in office. Unfortunately, our client is not able to provide visa support at this time.
