Burtex Construction is Hiring a Project Manager Near Burleson, TX

Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Analyze project risks and develop contingency plans
- Present estimates to clients and negotiate pricing as needed
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and update as necessary throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide guidance and support to the estimating team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and bidding processes
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
