Busch's Career Center is Hiring a Catering Specialist (Full Time) Near Ann Arbor, MI

Starting wage up to: $17.50/hr. with experience

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Will oversee the running of the day-to-day catering operations
  • Assist guests with catering product recommendations, requests, special orders, etc.
  • Monitor the quality of food and service being provided to our catering guests
  • Making deliveries to events and businesses
  • Oversee all aspects of deli/bakery operations in manager’s absence
  • Ensure daily maintenance of department is completed
  • Ensure all waste is scanned out to maintain accurate shrink records
  • Ensure all products are prepared to specifications
  • Lead deli/bakery staff to achieve sales and labor objectives
  • Follow Busch’s safety standards
  • Provide input to manager concerning associate performance and department conditions
  • Exemplify key concepts of hospitality and fresh food ideas
