Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers regarding:
- Welcome discussion
- Scope of work
- Project timelines and scheduling
- Status updates
- Packet delivery upon project completion
- Customer training
- Post install check ins, satisfaction surveys
- Coordinating with procurement regarding:
- Timeline for ordering parts
- Subcontractor documentation and purchase orders
- Parts availability and substitutions
- Change orders
- RMA processing when necessary
- Coordinating with accounting regarding:
- Down payments
- Project labor status
- Project completion status
- Progressive billings
- Final Billings
- Collections status and credit holds
- Ensuring project documentation is complete and accessible
- Assisting with answering phones and entering service tickets
- Assisting with other internal projects or requests as needed
