Position: PT Outpatient
Location: 100 W Main St, Springfield, OH 45502

Shift: Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00 17:30

***flexible schedule, 4 10's, 7:00-5:30, 7:30-6:00 or 4 9's and 1 half day (we try to work with clinicians for preferred day off, or half day, but it could be any day of the week. ** • Clinic is open 7:00-6:00 Mon-fri and 8:00-12:00 on Saturday. Saturday hours are not required and Fridays are usually done a little earlier.

• Clinic is open 7:00-6:30 mon-Thur, and 7:00-5:00 on Friday
• We have both inpatient and outpatient but main focus would be outpatient
• We see a lot of ortho patients, but also see vestibular, lymphedema, Parkinson's, and pelvic floor to name a few
• No pediatrics

Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program.
**Currently licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio**

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $68.00 per hour
