Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on restoring health and promoting independence.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Assist in therapy sessions and rehabilitation exercises
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in hospital medicine or medical office settings preferred
- Knowledge of infant care, cardiac catheterization, infectious disease care, and medical records management
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Experience in home community care is a plus
- Proficiency in assessing vital signs accurately
