Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various social work settings and possess a strong understanding of behavioral health, child welfare, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families
- Collaborate with community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive care
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services
- Supervise and mentor interns or junior staff members
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- State licensure or certification as a Social Worker
- Proficiency in Section 8 housing programs
- Experience in childcare, workforce development, or child welfare services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
