Interior Designer Category: Interior Design Location: Springdale Job Description Goddard Design Group is a world renowned luxury residential design firm and we are in need of help! We are looking for an interior designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This person will work directly with Chris to help design, draw, specify, and construct our projects. We need someone who works quickly and pays attention to the details. Our projects are located all across the US, with the occasional international project thrown in.

The typical project flow will look something like this:

*conceptual design development with design team

*creation of design presentation for client approvals

*creation of construction documents in Revit

*multiple reviews, edits, & updates of construction documents with team

*FF&E selections - assisting Chris in developing his vision

*review/edit/update FF&E selections as needed

*schedule and oversee contractors and subcontractors for install

We need a team member who can hit the ground running. We design collaboratively, so we need a someone who is capable of both self-management and teamwork. We all have input and feedback, and this leads us to better final designs (if it is "your way or the highway," this is not the place for you).

Job Requirements *Min. 3 years of experience

*REVIT skills are a must.

*Design Development experience

*Construction Document experience

*FF&E selection experience, preferably high end

*Construction Admin experience

*Rendering experience (not necessarily Revit rendering)

*Some travel required
