New York Sales Associate Location: New York Job Description Ferrell Mittman is a leading manufacturer of all categories of high end custom furniture. We are seeking a sales/design associated to be a member of our team at our flagship location in New York City. Ferrell Mittman has been servicing the design community for over fifty years. Our products are all manufactured in our facility in High Point, North Carolina, 100% Made in America.

Upon joining our staff, the candidate will serve as an ambassador to the design community. This individual must command strong communicative skills with a focus on sales, marketing and design objectives. Our sales staff interacts with the design community through reach out, networking, attending industry events and staying current with designer's social media and trade publications. We encourage regular visits to design studios offering presentations of our product line. An ability to build a strong client relationship is the key to success at this position.

Job Requirements Ideally the candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience in the design industry, to include experience working with top designers and a current book of accounts to combine with an assigned account base. Custom furniture design experience is a plus.
