Role

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to work out of our headquarters in Charleston, SC. In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders from marketing, sales, and technology through coordinating and performing a variety of administrative support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions by calculating and reconciling payments and invoices. 
• Manage the compensation plans for the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure standardized reporting and operational processes. Reporting to be done in Excel and Tableau.
• Conduct specific ad-hoc analyses as needed to support various departments.

Experience:

• 1 years of experience in record keeping, data entry, or business analysis role
• Basic knowledge of statistical and data visualization tools (MS Excel, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong accuracy and organizational skills with a high-level attention to detail.
• Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal customers at all levels. 
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, small team environment.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with financial statements and revenue recognition is a plus.
