Job description:

Reporting directly to the shop manager, the enrichment leader plays a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children and their grown ups. You will lead daily workshop activities designed to promote learning through play and ensure that each child’s experience at BusyKids is full of whimsy and magic.

Position: Shop Associate, Enrichment Leader

Pay: $16-$22/hour
Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a peaceful and supportive environment for all children and their grown ups.

· Lead daily workshop activities for children, ensuring each interaction is magical and enriching.

• Assist with general organizational tasks.
• Potential cross-training in our associate positions: duties include greeting guests, operating the cash register, facilitating events, and keeping the play space clean and organized.
• Weekend duties include hosting parties and thoroughly cleaning the play space.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred.
• Own transportation is required.
• Efficient work habits and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Soft, kind, and patient approach when interacting with children.
