In this newly created senior position, you will work closely with an established, growing team and be instrumental in defining strategic objectives and pioneering innovative initiatives that will drive this organizations operational capabilities to new levels.
What you'll be doing:

• Lead all IT Asset Disposition operations, overseeing production facilities and on-site services.
• Establish strategic objectives to align ITAD operations with company productivity targets.
• Provide leadership and motivation to engineering and ITAD production teams, totalling over 50 members.
• Drive innovation by developing and implementing methods, processes, and layout designs based on LEAN principles for high-volume processing and continuous improvement.
• Introduce innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiencies within ITAD production processes.
• Conduct audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and improve performance.
• Strengthen inventory management controls, cycle count processes, and documentation accuracy for all shipped items.
• Maintain ISO, OHSAS, and R2 certifications for the site.
• Establish and uphold warehouse productivity standards, prioritizing employee safety and security.

What you'll need:

• Five years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of ITAD business and operational processes.
• Certification in LEAN Six Sigma or equivalent experience
• Strong distribution or warehouse operations background, including inventory management.
• Ability to work full time on our clients site in Atlanta- relocation support also available.
