Colorado Insurance a division of PCF Insurance is looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our team! As one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the country we pride ourselves on attracting and retaining quality clients in the personal lines insurance sector. With dedicated sales and service teams we have become one of the top insurance agencies in the country and we are continuing to grow!

You will be selling home, auto, toy, and umbrella policies to new clients, but theres so much more to it than that. You will also establish relationships with industry partners and continually build new business. Youre coming at this with insurance experience, so youre ready to hit the ground running to build your book as an independent contractor, with the support of a company behind you every step of the way.

**Responsibilities include:**

Consistently generating new business on your own, being sure to meet monthly goals

Developing effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients

Continually adding referral sources in order to gain leads

Educating potential clients on their insurance needs and finding the right policies for them

Preparing and presenting proposals to clients

Staying informed about market trends and updates in the insurance industry

Following company policies and ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements

You have experience working in the insurance industry and youre ready to be your own boss.

You enjoy having an outgoing and energetic personality. Going out and finding leads on your own is what you live for.

You pride yourself on your ability to build strong relationships.

You rock an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a self-sustaining revenue stream.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

*Compensation Package:*

This career opportunity is a 1099 independent contractor position and the pay is commission only. There are no benefits included.

You will earn income on new paid premium, renewal paid premium, and you can earn a vested ownership in the book of business you are building.
