****This Role Requires****

* Ability to manage and oversee items including, but not limited to, the following:

* New talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding

* Processing of payroll and benefits; 401(k) administration and compliance

* Leave of Absence programs (FMLA, PLA, and state leave laws)

* Performance reviews and company surveys

* Administration of health benefits

* Employee communication and recognition programs

* COVID-19 prevention policies and measures

* Other related areas

* An understanding of company culture to design and implement new approaches, improve existing policies and procedures, and support continual growth and development of Human Resources of the company across all office locations

* A sense of comfort working autonomously in an environment which demands strong deliverables and the ability to identify problems and provide and implement effective solutions

* The ability to discreetly manage the mood of employees, ensure a high level of employee engagement, and address employee concerns appropriately

****Basic qualifications****

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource; certification preferred

* 5 years hands-on experience in a number of Human Resource areas to various business scenarios including: employee relations, Human Resource policy, legal and compliance

* Experience with Millennium payroll software and reporting system

* Strong work ethic and approaches tasks with a proactive attitude

* Highly detail oriented, meticulous, and creative

* Committed to excellence and impeccable ethical standards and integrity

* Ability to manage multiple projects alongside upholding a positive employee
