This position is hybrid based out of our Chicago, IL Office with anticipated travel 3-4x per year. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

The Supply Chain Analyst will oversee the day-to-day Supply Chain functions that directly and indirectly support our Custom Distribution Clients, respected distribution centers, commissaries, or system house.

Your impact:

• Oversight of all Day-to-Day Supply Chain functions that directly and indirectly support PA Custom Distribution Clients, respected distribution centers, commissaries, or system house.
• Work in conjunction with the Senior Supply Chain Analyst to ensure the proper forecasting, inventory and pars are being always managed throughout the supply chain. ​
• Daily proactive and reactive communication regarding to daily supply chain issues, shorts, late trucks, inbound delays, redeliveries, and substitutions
• Daily Tasks of entering PO Accuracy, PO Reconciliation and Accounting Discrepancies​
• Management and Analysis of Data throughout Supply Chain to develop benchmarks (Volume, Quality Claim, Shorts, Delivery Days, Etc)​
• Assist in Training Schedule and Onboarding Processes for New CD Team Members​
• Close Daily Communication with CD CAMS, CD Procurement, CD Pricing Analysts, CD Accounting, and CD Food Safety​

About you:

• Preferred 2-4 years experience with either distribution, logistics or supply chain operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics is preferred
• Team oriented
• Thorough communicator
• Proactive and solution orientated problem solver
