Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a high-performing, successful eCommerce website with the creation and management of website content.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
• Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement SEO strategies.
• Drive performance marketing channels – Affiliate and influencers, SEO, SEM, Social ads, outbound email - to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within budget.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales data to identify new opportunities for growth
• In-house “Google Specialist” for Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center, including technical maintenance/troubleshooting and reporting.
• Set and conquer ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across budgets, revenue, and bottom-line growth based on proven track record and experience.
• Confidently direct creatives and technical content across different mediums.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance
• Implement and Improve the user experience (UX) by developing a deep understanding of our customers, business, industry, and emerging digital commerce trends.
• Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other department managers to improve overall company processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Ecommerce Marketing, Strong Computer Skills, Detail Oriented, Organizational Skills, Creative, Problem Solving, Enthusiastic, Excellent Time Management, Team Player

• 2-5 years proven track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies and executing high-impact campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth within allotted budget.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing principles and experience implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Highly motivated individual with the end goal at the forefront of all strategies
• Experience in Shopify Theme development and Shopify Liquid template language
• Knowledge in data migration and synchronization between Shopify instances
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and Bing Ads
• Forward Thinking - ability to challenge yourself to think beyond today’s solutions
• Ideation - the ability to create a vision for solving a challenge or opportunity
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow-up on tasks
• Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms & creative requirements
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team
