Our front desk staff are in charge of checking in guests, helping reschedule clients after their appointment. As well as maintaining the smooth flow that we need in order to keep our stylists and beauty practitioners running.
Job responsibilities would include answering the phone, folding laundry (towels and Haircutting capes), maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area. Helping open and close the salon/spa based on your hours, greeting clients, providing amazing customer service, taking payments for guests after their service and assisting the stylists in scheduling our clients next service. This position requires someone who is detail oriented, quick learner and can navigate technology well.
We also would love to hire somebody with prior salon experience! That would be a huge plus for us!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
