This role will support our Nestle Premium Waters (PW) division, a category in Nestlé
USA’s portfolio focused on elevating iconic brands including San Pellegrino, Acqua
Panna, Perrier and Essentia in the foodservice channel with a focus on hotels,
restaurants, bars, cafes and select non-commercial businesses. As part of the Nestlé

What is this role like?
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Food Service Strategy and Business Planning, this
role will support customer development in creation and execution of operator
merchandise and Customer and Industry activation activities. It will require extensive
coordination with external vendors as well as internal cross-functional teams.
● Develop and execute annual activation/events plan for all regional and national
foodservice events and meetings.
● Develop and execute all foodservice point of sale (POS) needs including vendor
management for production and deployment of assets.
● Support national account teams, lodging/travel, chain restaurants, and non-
commercial businesses for events, meetings and ad-hoc needs and
opportunities.
● Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing team, Geotargeting team to
ensure alignment and coordination of event and item production meets brand
and event standards.
● Budget management for Events and POS materials.
● Responsible and accountable to achieve agreed upon KPI's
● Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of promotions
and materials and making any necessary changes.
● Regular interaction with sales team for managing projects as well as receiving
feedback on field needs.
Minimum Requirements:
● 2-4 years in Field Sales, Account Management/Business Development or
Marketing /Brand or Events and Production
● Food and beverage industry experience preferred
● Consistently delivers on KPIs / demonstrated success in previous roles
● Strong entrepreneurial and execution skills
● Problem solver, self-starter and good communication skills
● High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
preferred.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
● Intermediate to advanced computer and database application skills.
● Experience managing budgets.
● Must be willing to live in the focus market: Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas
● Must be willing to travel nationally to Customer and Industry Events. (10%)
● Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive/travel through the
designated market area
