As a Virtual Entry Level Travel Assistant, you will provide essential support to the travel department while assisting clients with their travel arrangements. Your role includes:

- Travel Coordination: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services
- Administrative Tasks: Manage travel itineraries, process bookings, handle cancellations and modifications, and ensure accuracy in all travel documentation
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth travel experience
- Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, travel profiles, and other relevant information
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, generate leads, and maximize commission opportunities
- Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company travel policies, industry regulations, and best practices
- Previous experience in travel coordination, or a related role
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, databases, and office software
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work virtuallyand independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and services is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous
- Working virtual with flexible hours
- Commission-based compensation structure with earning potential up to $65,000 annually
