- HYBRID 3 days in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideal candidate has a strong background in Software Development
- Create, implement and maintain new and existing test stand software and specialized software test tools
- Ability/willingness to work with languages presently used in department (C/C and LabView) and move towards other languages such as RUST and/or Python in the future.
- Perform verification testing of test equipment and software tools to ensure software is working as expected
- Capable of understanding wiring diagrams and system mechanizations
- Assist validation personnel with investigation of test related issues to resolve unexpected test results
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Field
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of common software data structures and algorithms
- Demonstrate knowledge of common program design patterns
- Competent with computer networking / TCP configuration
- A high level of written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Electronics and Data Acquisition
- Experience with complex programs with multiple processes and inter-process synchronization
- Familiarity with microcontroller architecture (Data Acquisition, IO, Interrupts, etc.)
- Familiarity with intervehicle communication protocols, such as CAN and Automotive Ethernet
- Familiarity with basic electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, etc.)
