Front of House Server : (By All Means & Überbrew)

As a Taproom Server, you will be an integral part of our company culture. Your interaction is the first introduction to a new customer as to what By All Means or Uberbrew represents.

Your responsibility as a server is to be the Front Of House representative of our team and culture. Your primary goal will be to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience by providing outstanding customer service, engaging your customers with beer knowledge, and providing a positive and energetic environment.

Professionalism :

Food and Beverage Presentation :

• Beer presentation.
• Pour size per product.
• Stemware per product.
• Draught pour duration and end presentation.
• Food.
• Temperature and timeliness.
• Food Aesthetics and what Is acceptable.
• The end objective is to serve the most beautiful plate and brew and nothing below that standard.

Customer Satisfaction :

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm.
• Table introduction with high energy and a willingness to serve.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take orders accurately, deliver drinks promptly, and process payments efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, bar area, and glassware.

Package To-Go :

Identify opportunities to upsell and promote our craft beers, merchandise, and brewery events to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

Adhere to Safety and Compliance Standards :

Follow all relevant health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service, proper handling of glassware, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Passion for craft beer and a basic understanding of different beer styles, brewing processes, and industry trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
