By the Sea Resorts is seeking a Tiki Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fun and lively Tiki Bard located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, hourly position within the hospitality and restaurant industry. As the Tiki Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Tiki Bar, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Supervise and manage a team of Tiki Bar staff, including training, scheduling, and providing ongoing support and feedback
• Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with guests, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all
• Collaborate with the General Managers to create and implement beverage menus and promotions, as well as monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Adhere to all alcohol and food safety regulations, ensuring the Tiki Bar is in compliance with company and state policies
• Assist with special events and other tasks as needed to ensure the success of the Tiki Bar

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu creation, and cost control
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
