Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and Executive Assistant. This unique hybrid role requires a blend of analytical skills and administrative expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to support business decisions and provide executive-level assistance to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to support business operations.
  • Use statistical methods to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Executive Assistance:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing files, and maintaining office organization.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
