Key Responsibilities

• Represent client interests virtually, telephonically, and in-person
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions and briefs, and conduct and defend depositions
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals to develop and implement case strategies
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and counseling on case developments and emerging issues

Qualifications

• Admitted and in good standing in NY
• JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
• Exceptional client service, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Experience

Junior Associate

• Experience: 1-3 years of Plaintiffs' Personal Injury
• Required: experience in drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery demands and responses, and motion practice
• Preferred: deposition experience, trial experience a plus
• Compensation: $90k-120k *actual compensation commensurate with experience

Associate

• Experience: 4-7 years of Plaintiffs' Personal Injury
• Required: experience in drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery, motions, including summary judgment, and deposition experience
• Preferred: trial experience
• Compensation: $125k-175k *actual compensation commensurate with experience
