BYLT Basics is Hiring an Ecommerce Manager Near Irvine, CA

POSITION SUMMARY

The eCommerce Manager will partner with the Sr eCommerce Manager to spearhead digital marketing strategies of BYLT Basics, drive online sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical know-how, and hands on management to optimize our eCommerce platform and execute marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.

This position is vital to amplify our digital presence, optimizing our online sales funnel and ensuring our eCommerce operations run smoothly and efficiently. The eCommerce Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our online business and achieving our revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage eCommerce tech stack, partnerships & development
  • Manage website creative, product/collections, landing pages & navigation
  • Support Merchandising team on strategy through data analysis & testing
  • Lead strategy on channel optimization in Web, B2B & Shop App
  • Manage front-end A/B testing site strategy, personalization & recommendations
  • Manage landing page builds alongside graphic & marketing departments
  • Manage AI Learning through tech stack partnerships
  • Oversee UI/UX Development across web
  • Support & Manage internal communications across all departments
  • Manage eCommerce project scope alongside partnerships & ambassadors
  • Update product pages inclusive of custom development tools and functionality
  • Update and create collections with support in active and ongoing merchandising
  • Manage cross-departmental campaign launches in eCommerce realm
  • Assist with custom website integrations, app additions, landing page CRO, lead gen opt-in efforts any UX Customer Journey
  • Support areas of customer loyalty, retention and resolution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce operations or related field
  • Proven experience in managing an ecommerce platform (preferably Shopify ) with a track record of driving online sales growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools & customer journey
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively with marketing influence and brand alignment
  • Prioritization Project Management skill-set
  • Proficient in web analytics tools
  • Track Record of UX/UI, site optimization & tech-savvy skills
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continually innovate to achieve great results
  • General CMS knowledge
  • Creative copywriting skills
  • Proficient presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills Strong collaborator
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (creative and comms)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Conceptual thinker, self-starter, and creative executor
