Bynder's Internal Analytics platform is essential for streamlining our product and business growth by providing best-in-class data and insights to our stakeholders precisely when they need it. We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead who will balance managerial responsibilities with hands-on analytical and technical leadership.
Vision and Strategy: Define and own the vision for Bynder’s Internal Analytics team, ensuring its overall success.
Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the analytics team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Act as a bridge between the team and the needs of the organization. Collaborate closely with other teams in Bynder’s Data Group.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify key opportunities and challenges, driving the prioritization of new data models, dashboards, and enhancements.
Hands-On Contribution: Participate actively in the technical aspects, utilizing DBT, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, and other relevant tools to guide the team and contribute to data solutions. Maintain a high technical bar for the team.
Enablement and Adoption: Empower your team to work independently on requirements and outcomes, while making it easy for customers to understand and adopt new functionalities.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a team lead role with managerial experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud computing (e.g., AWS) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) is essential. Experience with automation, machine learning, or data science is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver exceptional products.
