Byrd Cookie Company currently is seeking full time retail sales associates for all locations. Interested candidates should be mature and responsible, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. Previous retail experience and flexible availability required. Applications may be completed on-line or at any of our retail locations.
Our retail outlets offer a fast-paced work environment, where everyone is expected to participate in all functions. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching and grasping. All employees are expected to bend and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Employees should be able to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 40 lbs. occasionally. In order to best perform these responsibilities, employees must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation.
