- Assist with lending/credit origination
- Help ensure branch compliance
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Work with financial software
- Attend ongoing training classes
- Full-time (40 hours)
- No Sundays
- Every other Saturday off
- Saturday shift is 8-5
- Weekday off when a Saturday is worked
- Some weekday shifts until 8 pm
- 2 years of consumer based collections experience
- Senior level, team leader or manager experience is a plus
- Good communication, computer & customer service skills
- Able to work the hours listed
- Able to pass a background check
