General Description:
The Utility Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for completing assigned maintenance duties to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction. The Utility Maintenance Mechanic does this by performing onsite maintenance for production equipment by completing breakdown and preventative maintenance on all filling, packaging, processing, and palletizing equipment. The Utility Maintenance Mechanic will diagnose, repair, and replace industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The Utility Maintenance Mechanic completes these functions to support the manufacturing of dairy-related products.

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Byrne, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate for the current range is $31.00 to $41.00. This position is also eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000 to be paid out in increments within a candidate's first year of employment.
