Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Architect to lead and coordinate the design, documentation, and construction administration of new and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage multifaceted tasks, and the passion to shape spaces that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Design Oversight: Develop and refine project concepts, ensuring designs meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Supervise the production of construction documents, manage code compliance, and troubleshoot design and engineering challenges.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Collaborate on project estimates, monitor project costs, and maintain schedules to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of project documents, attend site visits, and resolve construction issues to maintain design integrity.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience (Project Architect or similar role), with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.
• Licensure: Licensed Architect or on track for licensure.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit), AutoCAD, Lumion, and other industry-standard tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organization, and communication abilities. A proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative team setting.
