CA Ferolie Is Hiring
75-year-old family-run and established business CA Ferolie is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Representative Merchandiser to maintain our products in local supermarkets in the assigned territory in the areas of Southington, CT. Applicant must have previous sales and merchandising experience.
This position requires traveling to 4 locations daily (20 locations weekly) in the Southington, CT area. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car. These are the locations:
Southington Cromwell
Bristol Norwich
Enfield East Hartford
Stratford Vernon
Wallingford New London
Hamden Canton
Orange Danbury
East Haven Southbury
Milford Brookfield
Manchester Derby
Salary Range: $32,000 - $36,000
Schedule: 35 hours a week

What you will do
-Schedule and perform in-store visits to ensure projects are completed up to par with Company standards.
-Correct Item Voids by making shelf labels and ordering necessary items.
-Complete surveys to collect accurate information to be used by the corporate office.
-Set up displays and signage as necessary.
-Ensure that new items are cut in and in good selling condition.
-Download/print merchandising directives for In-Stores visits.
-Use a computer tablet (provided) to record all activities performed during in-store visits.
-Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
-Have your own car to travel to designated stores.
-Willing to travel to multiple locations.-Driver's License is a MUST
-Pass driver's license check-Reliable and responsible for the work they accept on behalf of the company.
-Good communication skills to maintain a good business relationship with Store Management and Retail Associates during In-Store visits.
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
