Job Summary
The Project Manager manages a wide variety of electrical projects (residential/commercial & industrial). Occasional estimating also required.
Education and Experience
Current Colorado Electrical License OR Experience managing small to medium Residential and Commercial projects. Experience with Electrical Estimating Software.
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal & written communication, math, Microsoft Office and Google Doc skills required. Estimator should have a strong ability to read blueprints and determine materials/labor requirements.
Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, organize, oversee, and direct activities regarding the electrical wiring and maintenance of various electrical projects.
· Manage multiple projects concurrently.
· Participate with project team to ensure timely coordination of submittals, change orders and requests for information.
· Determine the amount, type and cost of materials and labor needed for electrical projects. Prepare and submit written proposals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
