- Report to work every scheduled workday and give their best effort to do quality work and show pride in a job well done.
- Follow all safety policies and protocol and report safety hazards to their supervisor.
- Make the effort to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- Understand they need to be flexible to do whatever tasks need to be done to meet customer needs.
- Must have a minimum of two (5) years Pipe Fitting / Welding experience including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding.
- WELDING TEST REQUIRED
- TEST IS 6G ROOT PASS TIG ON 6' CARBON STEEL PIPE 1/8' OPEN ROOT
- Must be able to work independently and follow pipe fabrication diagrams
- You will be responsible for building fittings, wyes, tees, laterals, spool pieces, etc...
- Must have a work history that demonstrates the ability to keep a job for multiple years with consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to focus on:
- Making the team successful in meeting all productivity and quality goals.
- Following all established company safety and facility rules, as well as OSHA requirements.
