Data Entry/Administrative Clerk

Our company has an outstandingentry-levelopportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk. 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account informaiton.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
• Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and/or Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required. Administrative Writing Skills, Organization, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Analyzing Information , Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting Research Results, Verbal Communication
